Terms & Conditions

By starting an interview on this platform, you agree to the following terms. This service is provided by NAX (known as THEBRG Enterprise, SSM: 003120480-W) for BRG Marketing Sdn. Bhd. (1483951-A), a Malaysian company.

1. Eligibility & honesty

You confirm that the information you provide is truthful, the resume you upload is your own work, and that you personally attend and complete the interview. Impersonation, coaching by a third party, or use of AI tools during the interview will disqualify your application.

2. Monitoring & one-take recording

The interview is a one-take session recorded continuously from start to finish. You consent to camera video, microphone audio, on-screen activity and integrity signals (tab changes, additional displays, copy/paste attempts, missing or multiple faces) being captured and reviewed. Repeated violations may end the session automatically.

3. Device requirements

The interview must be taken on a laptop or desktop with a working webcam, microphone and stable internet in Chrome or Edge. Mobile devices are not supported.

4. Results

AI scoring is a decision-support tool. Final hiring decisions rest with BRG Marketing. Reference codes let you look up your status; they do not create any employment obligation.

5. Acceptable use

You will not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, spam or attack the service. All rights in the software, including the AI interviewer, remain with NAX and BRG Marketing.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, neither BRG Marketing nor NAX is liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.
