BRG Marketing Sdn. Bhd. (1483951-A) ("BRG", "we", "us") operates this AI Interview platform in partnership with NAX (known as THEBRG Enterprise, SSM: 003120480-W). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you take an interview, how we use it, and your rights under the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

1. Data we collect

• Identity & contact — name, email, phone, date of birth, gender, location.
• Career information — education, years of experience, LinkedIn, expected salary, availability, motivation.
• Resume file uploaded by you (PDF / DOC / DOCX / TXT).
• Interview media — camera video and microphone audio recorded from the moment you start the session.
• Interview transcript, AI scoring and anti-cheat integrity events (tab switches, multiple displays, etc.).
• Technical logs — browser type, device capabilities, IP, latency and error events for platform stability.

2. How we use it

Solely to evaluate your application to BRG Marketing Sdn. Bhd., to generate a hiring recommendation, to protect the integrity of the interview process, and to keep the platform running. We do not sell your data.

3. Storage & security

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Interview recordings are automatically compressed and retained for a limited period, then deleted. Access is restricted to BRG HR staff and NAX engineers on a need-to-know basis.

4. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing our HR team. Withdrawal of consent may end the ongoing application.
